With over 15 years of sourcing UK based suppliers, materials and printers, you can be assured of great quality at a very competitive price. Using our considerable print knowledge and buying power we use a small select group of trade printers to supply our customers all across the UK and Ireland. We have done the hard yards and regularly review prices, products and delivery services so you don’t have to. We also have a small in house manufacturing unit for bespoke work and time sensitive orders.

The Print Syndicate also specialise in Graphic Design. We have in house graphic designers who have completed work for major blue chip companies, such as Halifax Bank, Manchester City, Just Eat, Pizza Hut and many more. We can make your business card, brochure or shop signage stand out from the crowd. Initial concepts are usually sent within 24-48 hours, we can then make any changes required to ensure you are 100% happy with the design before going to print. Attitude is everything, and a positive attitude goes a long way in providing you with exactly what you require. We are here to advise and make the project work for you. We are proactive with every enquiry we receive, we aim to quote every single enquiry that comes in and it pains us to have to decline a potential order (although this very rarely happens).

A lot of our customers come to us with unusual or difficult enquiries, most are frustrated by companies who say  “if its not on the website then we can’t supply it” You won’t get that from us, using our hand picked trade suppliers we are almost certain to be able to help you with your project.

Where possible we aim to respond to all emails the same day (Mon-Fri) if you contact us by 1pm. You usually receive a response within a couple of hours. We are not a company who takes 3 days just to give you a response.

We are small enough to care but large enough to get the job done. We take orders no matter what size they are and each customer is given the same service, regardless of size. From 100 Business Card to 500 PVC Banners, you will be assured of quality products and a cost effective price. Each customer is given an account manager who wherever possible will deal with your order from start to finish. You won’t have to speak to 5 different departments and 8 different people to get your order placed. Our staff our highly trained across the business so can deal with all parts of your order without having to pass it on to another department.

We try to keep things as simple as possible. We have a great e-commerce website, whereby you can instantly purchase one of your standard products. Alternatively, we are only an email or phone call away from getting your order placed.

We have dedicated account managers to deal with your order from start to finish, they will be your sole point of contact. This ensures that all stages of the process from the initial enquiry, the sale, design, manufacture and delivery will all be processed by the same person 99% of the time. We believe this gives you the very best customer service and helps build relationships along the way. We have a fantastic team working in the background, be that design, manufacture or logistics, who are left to concentrate on their specialist role. By having all round account managers, you can rest easy knowing that someone has an eye on your order all the way through the process.

We listen and react. Although we will use all our experience and advise where possible, the customer is key and we listen to your exact requirements and will  make it happen!

If we say we will do it, it gets done. Our our account managers take ownership of their orders and see the order through from enquiry to delivery.
