Artwork Requirements: When supplying artwork it must be provided as print ready, a charge may apply to any artwork modifications that we may have to undertake. Please read through our following requirements.

File Format:

PDF is the preferred file type. We do however accept EPS or Hi-Resolution JPG.

File size:

Please ensure the file size is reasonable. If a file size is bigger than 100MB; then it may mean that it is not optimised.

If the file is too big to send to us by email (more than 20mb), you can use a free file transfer site such as www.wetransfer.com

Please check the settings in the software you are producing your design in before saving your artwork.

Make sure that image dpi sampled between:

Image resolution: 150 – 300dpi at 100% scale 300 – 600dpi at 50% scale

For large formats apply 150-200dpi at 100% scale 300-400 dpi at 50% scale

All fonts must be converted to curves (outlines, paths)

No Fonts are to be embedded as this can result in fonts substituted for the default font. Please ensure all the fonts are converted to outlines. (curves, paths).

Colours:

It is important to use CMYK only, no RGB or spot colours

All graphics including Vector Graphics and Raster Images required in CMYK colour mode, not RGB or spot colours.

PVC banners artwork can be accepted without an outline if it has a colour background so that we can see the final border size required.

The Print Syndicate Ltd takes no responsibility for any errors produced in your artwork that you supplied (even if it appears OK on your screen).To avoid ensure that you follow the above instructions to avoid any errors or to have your work reprinted.
